Are you good at design? Well here is something for you to do with REWARD!!
The Council President does not have a seal. Your job is to make a seal that you think fits the job of the CP.

The winner will receive 1000 Federation Credits from me personally.

The only rules are that it must be home made, and appropriate.

Good luck and do your best.
