Charter of The Royal Bank of KI
Preamble:
This bank aims to help the citizens of the RFN that are aiming and deserving to have a better life here in the forums.
Board of Trustees:
The Board of Trustees is the policy-making body of the RBKI. All decisions made by the board shall be permanent.
Chairman:
The chairman presides the meetings, has the sole power to
table,suspend,dismiss,create,discuss any proposals made by the Trustees
members. He may advice the CEO on how the bank must be regulated and
may issue memorandum orders that will have an effect on the bank.
CEO:
is the highest-ranking corporate officer (executive) or administrator in charge of total management of an organization
RULES:
The CEO and member of the board of trustees must have a bank account and have
invested in the company. The CEO shall have the highest share while the
chairman is elected by the board.
ADDS:
Members of the board who have 10% shares shall have an additional 2% on interests rates in deposits and minus 3% on all plans and credit cards
Board members who have more than 20% shares shall have 4% interests rates on deposits and minus 5% on all plans.
