Help Expand the Region through Recruitment

JUST WHAT I WAS SAYING

If only anybody else except Mongolia read that

I used to do a lot of recruitment for Kodiak during my Chancellorship and I always had more success with a shorter, succinct and welcoming message. Even if they did not join, often I got friendly replies saying they already knew where they wanted to go etc, "but thank you anyway"

At the moment I am afraid to say I am hugely busy with RL Christmas plans and University deadlines and revision, but I'd like to help once I have a bit more spare time.

Here is a nice simple recruitment message that I use. It is one inwhich it doesn't bog down the person with a lot of reading.:
