FC.A. 4-4 Amendment to the charter - Black Jesus

Black Jesus amendment

An amendment to recognize the god-like abilities and intrinsic awesomeness of Black Jesus and subsequent application to the Royal Federation of Nations law.

1. Creation of a new article 16 that reads as follows:

Article 16. Black Jesus

1) Black Jesus is the epitome of awesomeness and the true son of black god
2) He rode into town on an ass...yo momma's ass!
3) None shall ever be as awesome as Black Jesus
4) Black Jesus may hold as many offices at the same time as he and the people of the Royal Federation of Nations see fit

2. Change article 13 ligne 3 from:

The Secretary-General shall not hold any other governmental office while serving his/her term of as Secretary-General

to

Quote :

The Secretary-General shall not hold any other governmental office while serving his/her term of as Secretary-General, except in the situation outlined in article 16 line 4

3. Change article 18 ligne 3 a) from:

Quote :

The Supreme Court Magistrate may not hold any other governmental office while serving in the Office of Supreme Court Magistrate.

to

Quote :

The Supreme Court Magistrate may not hold any other governmental office while serving in the Office of Supreme Court Magistrate, except in the situation outlined in article 16 line 4

Creation of chapter 13:

Chapter 13: The church of Black Jesus

Article 40:

1) The church of Black Jesus is hereby recognized as the Royal Federation of Nation's official religion.
2) No other religious practices shall be prohibited or otherwise hindered in any way.
3) May you find Black Jesus in your heart. And ride that ass!

This bill shall go into effect upon approval of a majority of the Federation Council.

Nah, but this is really important and relevant for the wellbeing of our illustrious region. For reasons that are too vast to number and too complex to grasp.
